"They made a lot of promises, but many of them never came to fruition. I lost motivation because of it. I wanted to play in majors, to be in the Ryder Cup. I love competing, but not just for a few weeks a year. I wanted a full schedule."
And here's where it gets interesting: Chacarra and his team decided to take a different path. They aimed for the DP World Tour, a move that has paid off. He won the Hero Indian Open, securing his spot on the DP World Tour and setting his sights on the PGA Tour.
"I believe in myself and my abilities. I know I can be one of the best. I'm working hard, and I'm determined to prove it."
